Class 1: Learn how good taste is created and how to optimize vegan dishes from a nutritional point of view.
The 5 component system creates countless possible combinations for health-optimized recipes.
In this lesson, we learn about the basic set-up of a healthy fridge/pantry. Together we will prepare a Salad Bowl, that ticks all the boxes.

Class 2: Legumes and Whole-grains. Fibre & plant protein heroes – how to sprout and cook them correctly and integrate them in a daily diet.
We will prepare tofu in a way everyone will fall in love with it.

Class 3: Vegetables – eat the rainbow as well as daily leafy greens. In the plant-food kitchen, vegetables are the HERO of the dish, not a side-order
We will do our magic: raw-cooked-pickled-fermented, endless possibilities

Class 4: Nuts, seeds & oils – they need to be our MAIN-SOURCE of fat in our diet! We will learn how to integrate them into our daily meal plan.
We will activate nuts and pumpkin seeds; discover how much the little seeds can contribute to our health. Often they provide us
with complete proteins, complex carbohydrates and all essential fatty acids. We will prepare irresistible miso granola and quinoa crisps.

Class 5: Fruit and desserts – We don’t eat enough fruit in, what we call a ‘developed world’! That was the NUMBER ONE finding in the worldwide ‘Global Burden of Disease Study’ conducted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Fruit can be integrated into so many meals. We will take a close look at the wide-spread miss-information about fruit sugar and how the body differentiates between the fructose straight from the fruit as opposed to the added fructose (from corn syrup) in many industrial products.
Of course, we will make some sugar-free treats!
