We will cover:

  • How to raise sprouts
  • Why we soak grains and legumes and how to cook them correctly.
  • We will cook Quinoa and turn it into a delicious Salad
  • We will prepare Tofu and make a creamy Bean Dip
  • You will get to take your own ‘Buddha Bowl’ home for lunch the next day!
