  2. You want to increase your plant foods in your mixed diet. You want to learn to correctly cook legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds to bring more variety of foods into your life.

Workshop A: An introduction to creating interesting, nutritionally balanced plant-based dishes.

How to set up your pantry/fridge. Some basic fridge/pantry staples, like dips, dressings, food prep tips.

Together we will prepare a Salad Bowl, that ticks all boxes:

Legumes & whole grains, nuts & seeds, fruit & vegetables
