  1. You decided to try plant-based for a set period for health reasons, like, increase your fibre intake, reduce your saturated fat intake, improve your gut health, lower your cholesterol, strengthen your immune system, want to lose weight or alkalise your systems.

  3. You want to increase your plant foods in your mixed diet. You want to learn to correctly cook legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds to bring more variety of foods into your life.

The Tuesday night 5-part series covers every food group essentiell to a healthy whole-food lifestyle.
The 5 workshops are ongoing, every single lesson is repeating every 6 weeks.
Your start date can be any lesson and you work your way through all 5!

Tuesday Series, Workshop D:

Nuts, seeds & oils – they need to be the MAIN-SOURCE of fat in our diet!

We will learn how to integrate them into our daily meal plan.

We will activate nuts and pumpkin seeds; discover how much the little seeds can contribute to our health.

Often they provide us with complete proteins, complex carbohydrates and all essential fatty acids.

We will prepare irresistible miso granola and you will take some home for breakfast

As proof that healthy and delicious can go hand in hand, we will bake some yummy walnut & pecan biscuits.
