Tuesday Series 1, Workshop D:
Nuts, seeds & oils – they need to be our MAIN-SOURCE of fat in our diet! We will learn how to integrate them into our daily meal plan.
We will activate nuts and pumpkin seeds; discover how much the little seeds can contribute to our health.
Often they provide us with complete proteins, complex carbohydrates and all essential fatty acids.
We will prepare irresistible miso granola and quinoa crisps.
