What we will cook and bake together:

  • A traditional french socca flatbread (gluten-free) with your choice of topping
  • South Indian Dosa (fermented crepes) with a delicious potato filling
  • My favourite oven-baked veggie fritters
  • An introduction to the art and science of sourdough fermentation. A whole-rye & spelt sourdough bread. Your own ‘Mother’ (sourdough starter) to take home.
