This class combines the popular Market visit & food prep with the Middle-Eastern Food we all seem to be in Love with!
The Farmers Market in Gosford is a great start to get some fresh seasonal produce and a good morning coffee.
After arriving at the cooking school, we will spend a bit of time looking into ways to keep herbs and vegetables fresh, methods of preserving them and preparing food for the week.
Like Mediterranean cuisine, Middle-Eastern food is very much plant-based and in season this time of the year.
You will learn to make: A fragrant spice-mix, that your pantry is never going to be without, you will be addicted like me!
