The Farmers Market in Gosford is a great start to get some fresh seasonal produce and a good morning coffee.
After arriving at the cooking school, we will spend a bit of time looking into ways to keep herbs and vegetables fresh, methods of preserving them and preparing food for the week.
The traditional Mediterranean cuisine is very much plant-based and in season this time of the year.
You will learn to make: A roast tomato sauce that is a brilliant base for pizza, pasta and soup – your home-made passata
                                             Mushroom and roast vegetable sliders with cashew aioli
                                             Pickled eggplants or any vegetables (or fruit) you prefer to pickle
                                             and who doesn’t like a Pizza (with our own spelt pizza dough)
