Shopping, cooking, sharing & learning, laughing, eating & drinking with friends!

Starting with a visit to the Gosford Farmers Market at 7.00 am (this is optional, but it is fun and interesting to go to the source; meet the people who work tirelessly to provide us with so much choice of fresh produce).

Date: June 26/2022: 7.00 am meeting at Gosford Farmers Market

The workshop starts at 9.00 am with a Breakfast smoothie, to energize us for 3 hours of meal prep at the Foodworx Kitchen.

At 12.00 pm we sit down to our well-deserved Feast

Tickets: $120.00

The price includes all materials and lunch with a glass of wine or kombucha. A Buddha Bowl as well as a folder with your recipes and nutrition information to take home. Please bring a take-home container/bowl.

A modern take on Traditional Middle-Eastern food is so healthy, vibrant, colourful and sure to impress the fussiest eater!

I have put together a menu that incorporates lots of food prep that, I promise, will become some of your favourite fridge staples.

What you will learn:

How to cook quinoa to make a super-green tabbouleh that is gluten-free and oh so delicious
A wonderful sprouted French Lentil and Aubergine Stew.
A great spread of side dishes, like beetroot hummus, .. to incorporate into your week’s meal prep
Of course, a surprise dessert can not be left out!
