Hardly any other important action is done more often daily than eating. And hardly any other activity has such far-reaching consequences for us, our environment and everything around us. Hardly anything is allowed to be as close to us as our food, which becomes part of ourselves with every single meal. And yet, we often do not worry about which foods migrate from the fork to our mouths. On the other hand, another (albeit minor) part of us, like myself, goes crazy looking for the healthiest way to eat, because we believe that it is vitally important.

Yes, my classes are whole-food & plant-based, which makes them also vegan. However, vegan spans a much broader variety of foods. My emphasis is on health and nutrition; vegan is not necessarily always healthy. I also offer a 6 week “Lifestyle-Change” course; A wonderful opportunity to reset your gut microbiome, experience the benefits of a plant-based diet and, as a side effect, lose weight.
